Kintbury Services Ltd been involved in Project Management and Planning for over 16 years and have worked with project management teams developing and executing the plans for the whole life cycle of projects & programs on large scale projects working closely with multiple managers and multiple projects.

Types of projects undertaken include building new Degassers for secondary steelmaking to planning and Implementing Improved Product Testing and Development within the pharmaceutical Clinical Diagnostics industry.

We have good communication skills, pc skills and are able to read technical drawings ie Isometrics P&I d’s for preparing bids & proposals. Good knowledge of Prince methodology. Setting the baselines, updating and controlling multiple projects. Experience of ERP and risk management.

Software we are fully conversant with include Primavera P3, Suretrack (registered user), MS Project Ver 4.0/98/2000, Artemis, PMW, Microplanner, Pertmaster, AMS Scheduler, Milestones, Excel, Lotus 123, Word, Oracle, Visio, Documentum, TILOS (Time Distance Software) and various add-ons.
